Getting started

Sign up, pick a plan, paste an SSH key, and your first VM is online in under a minute. Cloud-init applies your key, sets rDNS via our IPAM, and the VM boots straight into your distribution of choice.

Provisioning

Orders trigger a Proxmox API call against the least-loaded node in the requested availability zone. Each customer gets a dedicated VLAN; private networks between your own VMs are free.

Console & VNC

An HTML5 noVNC console is available from the control panel for every VM, plus a serial-over-SSH option for kernels that misbehave under graphical KVM.

Snapshots & backups

Live, zero-downtime snapshots are unlimited while the plan is active. Off-host backups are taken nightly to a Proxmox Backup Server cluster with 14-day retention included.

Networking

Every plan ships with a dedicated IPv4 and a routed IPv6 /64. Outbound port 25 is closed by default and unlocked on request after KYC. rDNS is editable from the panel and propagates within a minute.

Billing

Hourly billing with a monthly cap. Hourly rate = monthly ÷ 730. Payment by card, SEPA, or BTC. UK VAT is added at checkout; reverse-charge applies for valid EU VAT IDs.

API

A REST API and a Terraform provider (beta) are available for full lifecycle management — create, snapshot, resize, destroy. Tokens are scoped per project and rotatable from the panel.
